Tharsis Dome

Located on the edge of the Syria Planum, Tharsis Dome hunkers down in the shadow of Pavonis Mons, one of three gigantic extinct shield volcanoes that rise along the Tharsis Bulge. Home to the Mars-Earth Alliance Geological Survey (MEAGS), Tharsis is at the forefront of technology for cleanup after the dust storms of Mars. Using a combination of compressed air, vacuums, and the most advanced dome shield on the planet, Tharsis is the first one clear out of any storm’s aftermath.
